 Ouvrir client TLW IT Services has seen one of the major milestones of their mutual business engagement delivered today. A revised Web site that reflects the simplicity of the TLW proposition has been launched today at www.tlw.net.au
The site has a very simple aim; to present the transparent IT services offered to micro, small and medium businesses in a format that is not daunting or confusing. Visitors to the site are presented with real-world case studies front-and-centre, allowing potential customers to see what TLW has done for other businesses like theirs, including testimonials.
For the braver surfer there is some technical product information available on the site, but none of it too technical, or too in-depth. Thomas Rose, TLW Director said, "We like to talk to our customers, so we worked with Ouvrir to deliver a simple site that says what we do, how we do it, and who we do it for. If they want to know any more they're invited to pick up the phone a speak to us - which is what we like. Ouvrir has done a great job on the site."
Post launch Ouvrir will continue to work on business development strategy and project management of specific opportunities.
