Paul Adams is based in San Francisco where he is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google. Paul is the research lead for sociability, and he works with teams building products and features for the social web. He’s previously worked as a User Experience consultant at Flow (working with the BBC, The Guardian, Vodafone, London Underground, and others), and as an Industrial Designer at Dyson.
Paul delivered these slides at the Voices That Matter Web Design Conference, San Francisco June 2010.
